Secrets are a warning sign. If someone online says "don't tell your parents," that's the moment to tell them.
You can always say no. To photos, to video calls, to anything that feels weird. Your feelings are the alarm bell.
Tell, don't hide. If something online confuses or scares you, a trusted grown-up wants to know, and you won't be in trouble.
